Terms of Service
These terms govern the use of YouTube Studio MCP, a hosted service operated by Harper Labs LLC, that lets a user connect a YouTube channel and operate it through an MCP client.
Service scope
The service wraps supported public YouTube APIs and exposes them through a hosted MCP interface. It is provided on an as-available basis and may evolve over time.
User responsibility
Users are responsible for the actions taken through their connected YouTube account, their granted OAuth connections, and the prompts they choose to send through an AI client. Write operations may change live channel state.
Restrictions
- Do not use the service for unlawful activity or in violation of the YouTube Terms of Service or Google API policies.
- Do not attempt to misuse, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass service security controls.
- Do not approve OAuth connections for people or systems that should not control the connected channel.
No guarantee of complete YouTube Studio parity
Some features in YouTube Studio do not exist in the public YouTube APIs. The service should be understood as an MCP layer over the supported APIs, not as a guarantee of full UI-level parity with every Studio feature.
Third-party dependencies
The service depends on Google APIs and infrastructure providers including Vercel and Supabase. Availability and behavior can be affected by those providers.
Changes and termination
The service may suspend access, revoke OAuth sessions or tokens, limit usage, or change supported behavior when needed for security, stability, compliance, or abuse prevention.
